Founder Credit Refunds
All Founder Credit purchases are:
100% refundable before final order confirmation
Customers may request a refund at any time before confirming their final Pom Pom Suit order.
No questions asked.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
After Final Order Confirmation
Once a customer confirms their final order and production begins, the reservation becomes part of a custom production order.
At that stage, refund eligibility may be limited except in cases of quality issues or order fulfillment failure.
